Digital Gambling Block
Product Owner
The Digital Gambling Block feature allows customers to take control of their financial wellbeing by blocking gambling transactions on their debit/credit card. Since release we seen over 30k uses of this feature on St.George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne Internet and Mobile banking.
Volt Bank
Product Owner
Volt Bank was the first neobank in Australia to receive their restricted banking license from APRA. During my time at Volt Bank I led 2 scrum teams to build their Internet Banking platform and mobile banking app. Both systems were fully functioning banking applications that sat on top of Temenos T24 core banking system.
Mobile First: QR Codes
Product Owner
Developed QR code capability to deeplink customers directly into the St.George, BankSA and Bank of Melbourne mobile app. QR codes promoted the servicing of financial needs through our mobile app for common services such as card activation, lock card etc. These QR codes were circulated to customers in branch using pamphlets and within a month saw over 8,000 uses.
Balance transfer fulfillment
Product Owner
Uplifted balance transfer customer journey by improving the customer landing page clearer value proposition. Improved application by deeplinking customer directly to automated form where details are prepopulated and customers are able to use promo codes. Increased balance transfer application rate by 400% from 400 applications per month to 1700 applications per month.
